fields marked with a red star are required fields and must be filled out with the
correct information. You also agree that all information provided in the form is true
and correct information. You agree that the person filling out the form is the same
person that is registering with this form and that the work that is submitted is your
work and is not copied, stolen, transferred, or anything like unto it. You agree that if
you are acting as a persons agent that the person you are acting for has agreed and
can confirm this agreement to submit their information via this form to Dream Books
LLC. You agree that any member of Dream Books LLC can view this information as
long as all Dream Book LLC personnel that view this form have agreed to the rights
and privacy document provided by the company for its employees. You further agree
that any communications from the point of clicking submit until the point of a
termination of a contract (granted that one is provided) are private communications
between you the submitter and the publisher and these communications may not at
any time be given out freely to any person other than yourself. Dream Books does not

acceptable; however we may edit for content. Please do not submit if you would
prefer not to subject your work to this sort of editing. We do not publish graphic

guarantee that your work will by accepted and you further agree that Dream Books
LLC does not have to give you any reason as to why your work cannot be published
